The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Collection and use of personal data
Personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address) is only collected on this website if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example if you contact us, e.g. if you enter this data in an input field on our website or send it to us by e-mail. In order to be able to use some services, it is necessary in some cases to collect personal data such as name, e-mail address, address and telephone number etc.
Your personal data will only be used for contract purpose for which you have provided us with this data, e.g. for processing your enquiries, technical administration of the website and costumer administration.
A communication of this information takes place expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. Insofar as this involves information about communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may contact you via this communication channel in order to respond to your request.
We may use your postal and e-mail address to send you information about our products and services. For the purpose of informing you about new products and other services of our company that may be of interest to you, we will only use your data if you have given your prior consent to this to the extent required by law or if this is permissible within the framework of statutory regulations.
You can object to the receipt of advertising from our company at any time for the future by infom´rming us of this via the contact data below, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. You can also revoke any declarations of consent you have given using the contact details below.

We will only pass on your personal data to another party if such transfer is lawful without your consent or, if this is not the case, if you have expressly consented to the transfer beyond the execution of this contract, if the transfer is necessary for the execution of the offers or services you wish to make use of or if a subcontractor or vicarious agent who is used within the framework of the provision of the offers or services require such data. Unless you are expressly informed otherwise, such auxiliary persons are only entitled to use the data to the extent that is necessary for the provision of the offer or service or an enforceable official or court order exists or this is necessary to prevent misuse of our offers or services, in perticular use in violation of the publisher’s general terms and conditions or special terms of use, in a legally permissible manner.
